Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is very important to us. The Simply Fresh team will try to be as accommodating as possible whether coming in early or staying late, working weekends, and through lunch hours. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. When you forget or cancel your appointment at the last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, but it also doesn't allow clients on our waiting list the option to fill the vacancy. We love what we do and we love being able to do it for you! Thank you for understanding.

Unsupervised Children:
Our Medical Spa will change the way you think about skincare services. Full service comfort, friendly staff, a relaxing atmosphere and the best trained staff in town, we will give you an experience that will leave you glowing both inside and out. Children are welcome when they have a scheduled appointment, otherwise please make arrangements for your child to be taken care of during your appointment time. Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your "me time" does not always align with your skincare appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the Med Spa. In the event that you must bring a young child into the facility, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional care taker. Our Med Spa is not childproof. Sharp instruments, hot liquids, chemicals, and a busy service area makes for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. The team at Simply Fresh Aesthetics are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
